The great hall rests on the hall of weapons. The outer walls of the hall have a gauge of up to 2 meters. Up to the recent redevelopment the first storey used to serve for residential purposes. The second storey, despite some existing stoves, could not really be heated. It had been used for representation purposes only. Today, throughout those storeys the method of tempering is applied thus preventing further damage to the building and its interior. The third storey is much simpler in style. It used to provide rooms for servants and guests. |
